This 28th edition of Ready to be your Soundtrack includes the lysergic, slow-burner, psych/lo-fi rock track by the solo project of independent musician Sam L Brown, Atoll Blues, the abstract experimental electronic debut single with spotless production and captivating vocals, by Paris-born, living in Brazil, Dorothy Shrödinger, the 82-second, abrasive lo-fi rock (recorded on a Tascam 424 cassette machine!) sensation, by Michigan band Curfews, the most recent deep house dancefloor filler, from Namibian electronic music producer Gina Jeanz, with Zambian alternative soul vocalist Moonga K., the enslaving alternative rock banger with a killer bass (“written as a result of 10 years of working with dolphins and whales to further 2-way-communication research between sea mammals and humans” artist’s statement) by Brooklyn solo act Gigantic Hand, the closing electro pop/indie r&b track of autobiographical debut album ‘Phoenix’. from Montreal palpable presence Erockfor, the highly atmospheric, experimental, neo-folk magnum opus (“originally recorded by folklorists in 1936 in Polotsky region, Belarus”), by the Borisov, Belarus one-woman project Sol Abyssorum, the first single, and admirable electro pop accomplishment, from upcoming debut album coming soon, from Canadian solo act Visrei, the dreamy indie folk treasure, conceived after a journey of self-discovery through Argentina and Europe, from Colombian trip chill genre innovator Majo Musicna, a magical indie pop transporter into a spatio-temporal rift between the 70’s and today, by the French combo MOTEL CLUB.
